Built by Contractors,
for Contractors
Exoserva was born from frustration. Our own contracting team needed better field service software — so we built it ourselves. Every feature exists because we needed it on a real job first.

Exoserva was born from frustration. Our own contracting team needed better field service software — so we built it ourselves. Every feature exists because we needed it on a real job first.
Founded in 2024, Exoserva started as an internal tool for our own contracting company — Knock Knock Contractor. We were running real HVAC, plumbing, and electrical jobs and found that existing FSM tools were either too expensive, too rigid, or built without field operations in mind.
We built the first version for ourselves. AI was built into the core from day one — not bolted on as a feature later. Voice AI, scheduling intelligence, and automated dispatch were designed alongside job management, not as add-ons.
Today we still run our own contracting operations on Exoserva. Every change we ship gets used on real jobs before it reaches anyone else. We are contractors first, software company second.
Founded. Started building for our own contracting team.
First AI modules shipped — voice receptionist and smart dispatch.
900+ API endpoints. Full developer portal with OpenAPI 3.0 spec.
Preparing to open to first external customers. Mobile apps in progress.
Most FSM software is built by developers who have never run a field service operation. We have.
Every feature ships after passing real-world use by our own contracting team. If it slows us down, it does not ship.
Each module was run on real jobs — real invoices, real dispatch, real GPS routes — before any external customer sees it.
Voice AI, scheduling intelligence, and sales automation were built into the core architecture. Not added as integrations later.
Built on React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. The stack is modern but boring-by-design — no exotic dependencies, no lock-in. The platform runs entirely on infrastructure we control.
Voice AI is self-hosted. We do not route your customer calls through a third-party cloud service. The voice kernel runs on our servers, which means lower latency, no per-minute markups, and no dependency on another vendor's uptime.
The full API is documented and open. OpenAPI 3.0 spec, developer portal with interactive reference, and code examples. If you want to build on top ofExoserva or integrate with your existing systems, the tools are there.
We are a pre-launch company. Our only current customer is our own contracting operation. We are getting everything right before opening to the industry.
