Response Times

We answer support requests during US business hours and aim to reply within one business day. Urgent, account-blocking issues are prioritized.

Account & Billing

Subscriptions are managed from a web browser. To change plans, update payment details, or cancel, sign in on a computer and open Billing in Settings. For billing questions, email us at the address above.
