I spent many years in the field — HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
Every Tuesday around 2pm, same story: phone rings, dispatcher's already on a call, second customer hears voicemail. By 4pm when we call back, they've booked someone else. Best case we lose a $400 service call. Worst case a $9,000 system replacement walks.
A second dispatcher, an answering service, "smart" voicemail — none of them worked because they didn't understand what a 78-degree-but-not-cooling call actually means, or what "the breaker keeps tripping" tells you about urgency.
So we built Exoserva: the receptionist who knows your trade as well as your best dispatcher does, and never goes on break. Knock Knock Contractor — my own service company — is our first production customer. Every feature is something I needed at 2pm on a Tuesday.
